Flower Bar - "PETAL PARTY"

Make your party memorable with a build-your-own-bouquet bar! Guests love creating their own designs and bringing flowers home to remember the event. We will set up a display of flowers along with instructions to help guests arrange their takeaway bouquets. We’ll provide all the supplies to make it easy for you!

You pick the color palette! Flowers are not included in the listed price – the total will vary based on the number and size of bouquets you’d like to create.

We love building custom experiences based on your event and guests, but here are some fan favorites to get your creativity flowing:

Flower Arranging

$55+ per person


Guests will learn the basics of floral care and design to create a fresh, vibrant arrangement.

Flower Crowns

$50+ pp


Create a fresh flower crown hand-tied with mixed blooms and foliage. The base package is for the design of our Petite crowns, which are beautifully simple and low profile.

At Our Shop

  • Available year-round

  • Hosts are welcome to arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the event to set up any snacks, drinks, and decor, etc.

At Your Location

  • Available year-round
  • Host a memorable party at your business or favorite restaurant!
  • Additional fee may be required based on distance to venue.
  • Coordination, scheduling and venue fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer. We are happy to provide any information the venue needs ahead of time.

IMPORTANT

  • We require a minimum $300 event value.
  • Workshops are limited to two-hour windows. Most activities run for 90 minutes, leaving time for socializing before and after. You are welcome to reserve additional time before and after for socializing and eating at the rate of $55/hour

Kids Pre-cut Bloom Bar

Flat Prep/Supplies Fee: $100/up to 10 kids/$5 per additional child.

This includes a vessel for design, Oasis Floral Foam, floral prep, conditioning, set up, delivery &/or pick up packaging.

The next step is picking a precut flower bar size: (this is a seasonal, florist choice with no specific requests).

  • Petite up to 7 stems $15: per child
  • Medium up to 10 stems $22: per child
  • Large up to 15 stems: $25 per child

Each option can be enhanced and customized with names, birds, butterflies, holiday or birthday accents, themes, etc. at an additional fee. Travel Fees may apply.


HOW TO BOOK

Step 1: Contact us!

We recommend reaching out at least one month before your event to schedule. These workshops require living materials, so advanced planning is required on our end to order accordingly.

Step 2: Send Deposit

Once a date and time is finalized, a $55 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party.

Step 3: Final headcount and payment

Final headcount and payment is required one week prior to your event so we can ensure we have all the materials you need. Refunds cannot be issued due to the perishable nature of our materials, however if someone in your party is unable to attend a take-home version of the craft can be prepared.
